The Heart Behind
Every Dish

MJ's Korean Kitchen grew from a simple, heartfelt belief: that the food you grew up loving deserves to be shared. Minjin started her kitchen with one goal — to bring the warmth and depth of traditional Korean home cooking right to the Edmonton community.

Founded at the Bountiful Farmers' Market, and now also at Old Strathcona, Minjin cooks every dish from scratch using time-honoured family recipes. Slow-fermented kimchi, tender bulgogi marinated just right, hearty bibimbap assembled with care — every item on the menu reflects the seasons and the quality ingredients she sources from the market around her.

Whether you're a longtime Korean food lover or trying it for the first time, you're welcome at Minjin's table. Edmonton, this one's for you.
